We come out for a free on-site estimate, measure the roof, and check pitch and existing layers. What we find decides the shingle line, the ventilation plan and the written itemized quote.
Detailed Estimate & Planning
Old shingles and underlayment come off down to the bare deck. The sheathing is then inspected, and any damaged sections found underneath are quoted before new material goes on.
Expert Installation
Drip edge, then ice and water membrane at eaves and valleys, then synthetic underlayment lapped up the slope. Step and counter flashing and new stack boots go in as the courses reach them.
Final Walkthrough & Cleanup
Starter at eaves and rakes, field courses run to the manufacturer's exposure and nailing pattern, then ridge vent and cap. Flashing details are finished and the roof is walked before the job is closed out.
