Initial Consultation & Assessment
We measure the roof, count penetrations and check ventilation, then look at the underside of the deck where it is accessible. Sheathing condition and existing intake venting decide what the Malarkey system needs.
Detailed Estimate & Planning
You get a written itemized quote naming the Malarkey line, the underlayment, the starter and ridge components, and the flashing work. Deck repair is listed as its own line item, so surprises stay visible.
Expert Installation
Tear-off goes to bare sheathing, so rot, delamination and fastener damage are visible. Damaged sheets are replaced, drip edge is set, then self-adhered membrane goes down at valleys, and at eaves where the climate calls for it.
Final Walkthrough & Cleanup
Shingles are nailed flat in the reinforced zone to the manufacturer's pattern, valleys and penetrations are flashed, ridge vent and caps go on last. The finished system is backed by our 20-year workmanship warranty.
